all beef dishes for lunch

I made beef omelette, topped with spring onions. The other day, I was craving both for beef soup and cured beef or beef tapa as we call it. Now, am cooking the cured beef and soup and I know, I will spend hours at my stove. There are times indeed I make two dishes of one meat. How about you?

That sounds very good. I had some rice boiled in chicken bouillon and some grated cheddar cheese mixed through

Yesterday I had steak in mushroom sauce. Was really delicious. But of course we had other side dishes like vegetables with shrimp and chicken. Our cook had to cook a variety of meal each time since my family has different preferences in food. I love sea food, my husband is allergic to it. And my son is a very picky eater who loves mostly egg.

@Janet357 yeah it takes time, but if you have pressure cooker then it would be easier for you.
