Why don't people make sense??

What is with the posts with sentences that make NO sense!?!?! And people actually reply to them...but I wouldn't know how to because the sentences make no sense. When I read people's replies, I begin to understand what the original post was saying..but I don't understand how other people understand it and I don't.
"Now I got with starting the duscussion 6 registration points!"
That doesn't make sense!!

It's probably because the people posting them arent from the US and their english is not very good. Not everyone is at the same level here.

I understand that not everyone speaks English well, but I normally understand broken English. I have students who speak very little English but they still manage to get out enough that is understandable.

I totally agree. It's like they don't know how to put words together or speak English. And the grammar?? Lord have mercy!!
