Just keep on walking

WALKING DONE late in the afternoon. This is my 2nd day of the 3rd week of walking exercise I have completed. I have finished 5.44 kilometers with 7,097 steps for 68 minutes. Calories burned: 215 calories

I haven't tried it. But when I was studying in college undergoing a training in ROTC I can do hundred push ups or more
