A wonderful breakfast: a cheese grilled sandwich.

I went for my coffee and found the last couple of slices of bread plus some laminated cheese.
So I was temped and while I made my coffee I also made a sandwich.
I brought the laptop to the kitchen and had the happiness of discovering that Anna had sent me the picture of her greenhouse.
I sent it to Claudia immediately as we all want to plant veggies while we are on quarantine.
Meanwhile, here I am, mylotting, in a sunny fall day.

I´m sure that Claudia will do it faster. She has more space and more money to have someone to help and buy the materials. I have some old polycarbonate at home and she wants to borrow part of it.

I have 2 tortillas left and some feta cheese, I have never tried to make quesadillas with feta but maybe that would be tasty @marguicha

I always eat toast for breakfast. But some days I want to treat me better and I either make a grilled cheese sandwich ot some French toasts.
