Ahh hunger beats me!

Okay I failed. I couldn't beat the command of my brain. i can endure pain and sorrow but not hunger lol. I know there are some people on mylot who are good at this. Congratulations on your great self-discipline! Can you beat hunger?

@LadyDuck my grandma used to cook that. I like fettuccine thing with spicy sauce, i think I like that Italian food. do you use msg in cooking?

I can`t beat it. That`s why I eat when I feel hungry. I just eat little so it will not ruined my diet

actually nutritionists advice to eat 6 meals in small portions if you want to stay slim.
