This morning has been good. It's after 1 PM now. I'm home and ready to myLot unless I fall asleep on the computer. I'm going to try not to do that. I'd like to get work done today.
Yesterday turned out to be a very low calorie and high burn day. I was going to try for one more hour of bicep curls, but my arms weren't ready for that. I'll get those later after I finish the notifications for today.
Here are yesterday's numbers and what I ate.

I stepped on the scale this morning and have a new low - 194.4. My last low was 194.6. Two ounces is still two ounces. Works for me.
How did you do with food and exercise yesterday? Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me. Wishful thinking.

I got home about 2 hours ago from work, and after showering and grabbing a bite to eat for lunch, I sat down to myLot for a little bit. Instead, I fell asleep and took me a nice little nap.

@just4him Unfortunately, my nice little nap was interrupted when I had to get up and go on a video conference call with my aquatics management team.

I have 5-pound dumbbells. That's heavy for me. I know anything heavier would be too heavy. I'm lifting 10 pounds with those weights. Anything more would be too much as I have a lifting restriction of 20 pounds. So, this is the heaviest I can go without doing more damage to my back.

@just4him Try some overhead tricep presses, overhead shoulder presses or lateral shoulder raises. The bicep curls will only get easier for you and your muscles won't improve and you won't lose many calories.
I doubt that you are losing 800 calories on 5 pound weights no matter how long. I KILL myself at the gym (not doing light bicep curls) and the calories used are max 350.
I'm not trying to be negative. I just want to help you. I know you are trying to lose weight just as I am.

I watched what I ate as I stayed on the couch most of the day.

Being in the negative calories isn't bad for you?

@Courtlynn I'm not going hungry. I just wasn't all that hungry on that day.

@just4him gotcha. Wish i made more than ate. But I can't and won't starve myself, and can't always get the calories burned past a few hundred

Since returning to work, I'm getting a LOT more steps in. I've also noticed that I lost some muscle tone while at home (lifting fewer 25 lb crates of lettuce, for example) and that my back gets sore more quickly now. I'm hoping it comes back easily.

@just4him I hope so! We're actually not working as hard in the kitchen right now since we're making smaller amounts of food, so I'm lifting fewer things.

@spiderdust That doesn't surprise me with the number of people I see in the stores. I went shopping after I did laundry this morning, a time when the parking lot is usually packed. There were a lot of empty spaces.

Thank you. Yes, it is. I'm eating the same, but I'm retired so I usually don't go anywhere.
