Sore Arms

My arms are sore. I tried to massage it last night and it was really painful. I can still do my stuff but i cant keep them working for hours like typing. any suggestion pls

I do not know why your arms are painful, but I only see one solution, rest your arms.

In your home you have any spray then try it. It give good relief from it..

Try to avoid washing your hands with cold water when its tired. A massage and hot compressed will help though

@Janet357 I know right, That is why I am trying not to hold something cold or wash my hand with cold water after working on my laptop.
