Health Journey 2020 - Day 113 | April 22nd

Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I hope well. I am back to share my food/health journey for the day. Weigh in - back down to 180.2 Still up from my lowest, but down a little from yesterday. Blood sugars: Fasting - 131 (not sure why) Before snack(I forgot to check two hours after meal 1) - 79 Meal 2 - 71 What did I eat? Meal 1 - 2 eggs with ketchup (sugar free) and 2 slices of turkey bacon Snack - Sugar free home made peanut butter cookie Meal 2 - Tuna with mayo & no sugar added ketchup Slice of cheese Followed by "dessert" - sugar free pudding "mousse" with sugar free chocolate chips added. Macros for the day: Calories - 1,146 Protein - 51 Fat - 88 Net Carbs - 19 Calories were a bit under where I would like to be (at least 1200) but it is okay. Just wasn't that hungry today. I did not work out because I spent a long time putting together a table and two chairs for Eli. My friend ordered the set for him, but it came in tons of pieces. So, no I did not get my 10,000 plus steps, but that was a work out! Steps at the end of the day : 2,387 Did you get a work out in today? Did you get lots of steps? How was your food? @amitkokiladitya Not really here....the beauty store is 45 miles away....but I can order it from Amazon - trouble is I mixed 6 different colors...so guess I will just have to try to find the closest match

Putting up that chair and table is a good enough exercise. I did my morning yoga and then some dance with children and that took care of my workout. I am always watchful of my food as I am diabetic. Have a great day That's a pretty picture

I know it probably didn't burn many calories compared to my hour and a half work out I usually get. Yoga and then dancing sounds like a great work out. I understand, being diabetic too. Hope you have a great day too. And thank you

@kobesbuddy Yes I heard that too, I just looked it up. On average, the density of fat is 0.9g/ml. The density of muscle is 1.1 g/ml. So, not a huge difference, but it can add up.

Didn't know you bake mousse....I just mixed sugar free pudding mix with heavy cream and then chilled it.
