Hello all. Hope all of you are coping up with the current lockdown. This has emerged as the biggest problem faced by the mankind. Lately I have started meditating daily.
I started slow with 5 minutes daily. I think meditation has helped me a lot to overcome depression.
How all of you are coping up with the ongoing lockdown

Yes it is helping me a lot. Meditation not only keeps me calm and relaxed but also helps in getting good night's sleep.
