I explored meditation during the lockdown. It's amazing

Hello all. Hope all of you are coping up with the current lockdown. This has emerged as the biggest problem faced by the mankind. Lately I have started meditating daily. I started slow with 5 minutes daily. I think meditation has helped me a lot to overcome depression. How all of you are coping up with the ongoing lockdown

Doing my best by staying busy everyday. My lock-down ends and will be lifted next weekend. Nice job with the meditation.

Yes it is helping me a lot. Meditation not only keeps me calm and relaxed but also helps in getting good night's sleep.
