What do you usually do to bring out the best in people...or negatively, the worst in people?

I think the best thing you can do is just be a friend
if you don't really know them then get to know them...
And smile even if it is just someone on the street flash them a smile
or let someone trying to get into traffic get in front of you
I believe that if you pass on kindness it will become a like a Disease
and be passed on..

try to encourage and complement a person so he/she can show you all the best he/she can do. you'll get the worst of him/her if you always scold him/her and you try to be rude:)

I will encourage people by making statements like "Good job with that last topic on 'Do u best lov yuor mum or dad?'" or "Your looking damn sexy in that blue pokka-dot thong!" Stuff like that always seems to get people happy and showing their true colours.
How do I bring out the negative side of people? rofl..I be myself!

what i think is people these days have forgot to be what they are, so i'll let them be with themselves and let them know their talents and limits to bring out their best and for the worst: people whom i love, my ignoring them is sufficient!!!!!
