Sometimes while l look at her doing the things I wanted her to do, i realize that she is the little version of me. Of course, she will do it on her own way, but sometimes ending up doing it my way because i wanted her to. So on the process, I'm raising my ownself with her versions. I love it sometimes, but there are things that she would do stubbornly that will remind me, "oh, thats what I would do back then, now I have to deal with her because that was a mistake of my childhood and I don't want her to end up like me". What do you think?

@Allionnazxyl no no, you will be a good mama, and resist the temptation!
But, no one will begrudge you a 'knowing smile'
My daughter doesn't have kids, but she does refer, sometimes with a measure of chagrin, to my 'words of motherly wisdom '.
And apparently, on occasion, I have a certain 'smile ' that elicits a bit of annoyance.

....that's great and this is another thing with no guarantee but since kids learn more by what we do than what we say then i say just be the best example you can be and love them unconditionally....

Lovely. I am watching my babies grow. They are eleven months. I just love watching them do anything and everything creating mess everywhere.

@anamika161088 Do you ever have that fear she might do the things you regret doing in the first place?

Do you ever think of the fact that someday they would be just like you?
