The wait is over

Gardening is my passion and I have a few hundred plants all around our home. Each season I wait like an expectant mother for one or a few of my plants to bloom.
My hoyas have been growing and growing all around my balcony but they never bloomed. This year just before March I re-potted the vine, gave it all the nutrition it needed and fussed around it a bit hoping to see blooms, nothing much happened.
Then I resorted to reading up and devouring every single tip that the internet had to give me and voila just as I decided to do something more I see buds all over the vine.
What a great surprise it was to me. Now the vine is done blooming and there is fresh growth allover again.
I am hoping maybe there will be a few more blooms, it will be the best surprise of the year for me.

There is a saying that if you want a longer life then be a gardener. Truly the rewards are great when flowers start to bloom and fruits start to appear.
