So, I had mentioned this before on here, I get gift cards for watching or giving feedback on upcoming TV shows from an IPOS site. It is kind of a fun little community, and I like doing it..but really only do it because you get Amazon gift codes.however, every time I am due a card..I get a bogus code. Now this is like the 3rd time this has happened, where I had to email them, and tell them the code didn't work, then they email me one that does..Instead of wasting everyone's time..why can't they just fix their code generator program? I guess they don't know how or something, and they would rather waste everyone's time than to take 15 minutes to fix it...
. At least they eventually send me one that works.

I am sure they could find someone who could fix the code generator, or find someone who could make a whole new one. What a real waste!

It's really stupid, when I get close to a code again, I am going to ask them if they got their program fixed.

@snowy22315 Wouldn't be a bad idea to do that. I am sure there are others that have complained about it too. If they aren't going to fix the program, they need to do something else to make the process simpler.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Sometimes agencies don't mail gift cards on time, but I haven't run into one before, that mail them like clockwork but they don't work!

I really have no idea. It just seems ridiculous.

You wouldn't think so. Any competent programmer could straighten that out.

I know, it would be so much easier just to fix it!

@LadyDuck On one hand they seem to value their contributors by sending out codes immediately, and yet not at all as they don't work!

@snowy22315 Sometimes I cannot understand how large companies cannot fix so simple bugs.

@snowy22315 It really does. I mean, who wants to have added work?

@snowy22315 Let hope the next time they would process things faster for you (and with correct info).

I wonder why they do it that way? That is a waste of time.

That's bad but at least they are providing correct code later
