I’m fibbing! This is for hubs and me only. It’s for our Friday night date night and quite a bit different from what we usually have. I must use up the cheeses in the refrigerator. I slaved here and there slicing and unwrapping, washing and drying, but mostly arranging. This will be our dinner. Hubs is making me a martini this very minute. I have a bottle of white wine chilling just in case! I love our date nights, and hubs can’t wait to dig in. Neither can I.

Thanks! It took forever to get the apples sliced. Those are fresh mozzarella balls. Not my favorite, but hubs loves them.
