Me and My housemate are been craving for this Filipino breakfast dish called "TOCINO" and yes of course we don't have fresh pork available so she decided to try chicken instead. She soaked it into some ingredients for two days and I can't think of something that is easy to prepare for dinner. This dish is usually served for breakfast but since it's the easiest food that I can cook for dinner so we tried. So finally, It's like we are eating tocino back home it's tasty and we enjoyed dinner. Craving of some food too?

I am glad you enjoyed it. I would like pepper steak. It's a delicious dinner using cubed steak, bell peppers, onions, stewed tomatoes, and whole plum tomatoes. You cook the cubed steak (batter it with flour first) and then cut it up and set it to the side. Put the tomatoes, onions, bell peppers in a stew pot and let them cook for a few moments. You add beef broth to it and then place the cut up meat back into the pot, cover with a lid and let simmer while you make rice to serve with it.

@Kathze Oh I see, that makes sense. These ingredients would be good by themselves as well, as a sort of stew.

Hello Amber, Thank you for dropping by. Yeah steak is really good but I refrain eating beef since I had operation of my gallbladder. Can't digest food quickly already.

I like having breakfast for dinner sometimes--just not 'tocino' because I don't know how to make that.

Interesting! I had to look up what that was and it doesn't seem too bad! I don't have any cravings right now thankfully.

Mmm, sounds delish! Me, I've been craving tacos. So when markets had taco shells in sale, I bought some and made my tacos that I devoured. Got to feed the craves!
