Did you ever succeed to quit it for long and tried everything? And after just one puff, it was back to smoking full on. Want to hear the story of people who are chain smokers in their lives and the thought of cessation came too many times across their mind.
For me such people are winners because smoking cessation is not easy. It brings turmoil and challenges which are kind of a war within you.
What does it feel when you quit and try to resist your urge?
I am not here to tell you, quit smoking. I want to tell you that somewhere while smoking you would have kicked hand and quit it. What made you start it again?
Would love to hear the half success stories which according to me is nothing but an honest attempt towards success.

This is the things the schools should be teaching on some students. We got a lot of students who never became engineers simply because they gave up.

Absolutely right! Smoking at an early age in school creates chain smokers. To the kids and grown adults that smoke them just to look cool or for the taste are bunch of posers and idiots in making not knowing the facts that they are going to get addicted for long. Plain and simple.

@Mamerto32 Agree, those who start smoking at a younger age till 40 are subjected to serious health conditions of the heart, lungs, sleep disturbances, constipation and breathlessness. If you want to save the youth, create laws, procedures against the addiction called smoking.

@stapllotik we need to teach the students deeper understanding of life. And it all starts with teaching them to never give up.

That's right strong control and determination require here. Percentage of people wanting to quit smoking is above 70% that means majority of the people are fighting to come out of it. That's a good sign.
