Slept the day away

I actually woke up for a little while, around 11 am. Unfortunately I was super tired when I got up and only stayed awake for about 3 hours before finally deciding to take a nap. I just woke up a few minutes ago, and I’m still tired. Fortunately it is still light out, so I don’t feel like I wasted the entire day sleeping, even though it is very late in the afternoon. I’m glad we have daylight savings because I feel like I didn’t waste as much time as I actually did. Still tired, but I won’t go back to sleep again, I won’t let myself. I don’t want to waste the rest of the day. I really hope I’m not awake until 4 am, again.

I find peppermint tea is surprisingly good for nausea. I have that problem constantly. I don’t know why.

If your body needs its rest, better give it some more if you dont have to do something important that is.

Currently there is nothing to do other than basic house maintenance.
