I had received an email that had info about migraines. As I was going through it, it has a link the The Headache Institute. So I clicked on it, answered their questions and then they have me a link to download a headache app. :) After downloading it, I set it up for me. It was so easy! I was wishing I had found this years ago! Now, it makes me wonder if there's other apps that can help me track more of my prognosis. A friend of mine hooked me up with an app that helps me with all of my meds. Any suggestions will be helpful

It allows you to time how long the headaches last. Then it has a diagram of the head so you can highlight exactly where the headaches are. You can specify which meds you took for the headache. If you have known triggers for headaches, you can add them to the profile as well. There are times where I go to bed with a headache, and wake up with a migraine in the morning.

@amitkokiladitya I used it for the first time last night. I was very pleased how easy it was to use it. It has a button that you tap on Jen your headache starts and tap again when the headache ends. It'll tell you how long you had the headache. Then it has a button to gauge the intensity of the headache. You can change the intensity during the episode. I highly recommend it

I use a migraine tracker app also. Very handy when filling out paperwork for my neurologist
