I do genealogy and my 4th great grandfather had a total of 23 kids. Back in the in the 1800's or so the adult children didn't always move out of the family home right away. Some even brought their new spouses to live there, mostly the men did that. Depending on how big the home was they would have a couple of kids there too before moving on and usually building their own home. So, I was thinking what would they have done if they had social distancing then and not allowed to have more than 10 in the same room, lol Cannot have dinner together, celebrate holidays and any other special events. No wifi where they can be together but not be together. LOL!

Yep! It sure would be! LOL! Back then thou the yards were a huge plantation...... 10 kids can go play on this acre, 10 more on another acre and the other 3 (younger ones) on the porch. At meal time they can seperate again and have picnics, lol And if it rain's! Oh sugar! I guess some in the dining room and some in the kitchen and the other 3 have a picnic on the parlor floor, lol!

Here on my country many people live like that in their houses. Around 10 people living in a small house with two small rooms

I know it's meant as a funny, but the social distancing/number in group thing doesn't apply to those who actually live in the same household. And yea, I can't even imagine that many kids, and then not have them leave home. No thanks!
