When do you wake up daily with respect to the time you follow in your country?
I wake up at 8.00 A.M

I like to sleep on time 10 p.m. so that I can get up at 5.30 a.m. Early bird gets the worm. I can complete most of the work by 2 p.m. Thereafter it is only leisure. i do lot of internet work. One can work better, if one gets up early morning. I go for a walk at 6 a.m. for an hour.

I wake up early in the morning it's a 5.00 o'clock . so i will go to bed just after 10.00 clock at night .
"Early to bed, early to rise. Make a man healthy and wise"
i just try to follow this proverb.
