I have read them all and I prefer Ender's Game & Ender's Shadow to the rest. While they were all amazing and mindblowing, the first two I mentioned are my favorite. ^.^
(Even though it's a retelling of the same story from a different view point.)

I loved the first one so much that I actually read it and I had not read a book in years... I like stories that start with children.. (kids that come out of hard situations to do well are way cool) I loved the series and did get the book on Bean.......... My son was not interested in reading before I gave him Enders game..... He loved it enough to read from the book on a trip to pick up his brothers in the desert and go to si mi valley to see his sister........ out loud . he actually read out loud until it was too dark to read any more...... He loves the series and the Alvin Miller series too. What about you?? and thanks for asking!! Pixell

So glad to see that Orson Scott Card can inspire the young to read, something that seems to be on the way out in the youth. I suggest the series anywhere I go, so much that I should get paid.... Sadly enough I have no read the Alvin Miller series, but I have read his other single books like Pastwatch and Enchanted, as well as the Homeland series.

I vote for you to be paid!!!!! : ) I would bet some real cash that you would like the Alvin Miller series.. I read one book by orson scott card that had some disturbing stories in it.. But for the most part I have enjoied his books alot. I also suggest Ender's Game to kids alot.

I liked the books about Ender more. They truly got you in the world of science fiction, and they were more philosophical. Not that the books with Bean weren't great, but the first ones had more substance. The shadow series were a little boring at a time cause they went on and on with the same thing for about three books. But I must say again, this is the reason why I choose the Ender's Saga over The Shadow Saga, but both of them were great, ones of the greatest books I have ever read.

Ender's Game is by far the best of the best...it's the start of quite a journey for us all. Orson Scott Card hit a home run here, 8 sequels says alot and the parallel books pure genius if you ask me. Enders game has it all ,as do the many sequels a must for any true sci fi, fantasy reader.
