@averygirl72 I don't think you should. If you like to test. About coffee for a week and drink tea or lemon tea

@averygirl72 That should not be a problem for your insomnia too. May be you should have a routine, avoid using your computer immediately before going to sleep.

More than half of the people in the world drink coffee. So why ask that question?

@averygirl72 if you drink coffee in the late afternoon then it may affect your sleep. But for a morning drink, I don't think it has an effect on your sleeping.

I think you know what is insomia, inability to sleep. Drinking coffee makes one awake due to caffeine. And it's not good for a person to have a sleeping problem.

It depends on stress. Now I can sleep well. I cannot sleep the whole night if I have insomnia

The caffeine in regular coffee gets me going, in the morning. Plus, I love the taste, more than any other drink! No, it's not bad for you to drink coffee, in the morning. But, if you are sensitive to caffeine, many other foods contain it. Chocolate, tea, soft drinks, which can add to a person's problem sleeping at night.

caffeine affects everyone differently, but if you're only drinking it in the morning it shouldn't be affecting your sleep. do you drink anything else with caffeine in the afternoon or evenings?

I started drinking coffee when I was in my teens, until now that I'm nearing my 60s it's still the first thing that wakes me up everyday. I don't see anything bad about it and see no reason why it would affect your night sleep.
