Have you heard about mudras and asanas. I will tell you about some of mudras and how to do them.
Let me give you a brief introduction on Mudras.
Mudras are just like some poses of hands which you do in conjunction with meditation. You can do these at any time but preferably at morning time.
Preferably you can do mudras practice at morning or evening.
Relax your body first. Then sit down straight in any pose. Now for the mudras benefits here are some
1. Relieves tension
2. Good for your body parts like Heart, Joints and back
3. Relieves old diseases you may have.
Also some mudras you can do at morning are:
1. Akash Mudra for purity of mind
2. Uttarabodhi Mudra for brain, stress
3. Bhairava Mudra for stress relief & self confidence
4. Gyana Mudra for wisdom
And last is Kubera Mudra this one is useful for having more wealth.
