Monday & Daily Health Report - April 26

Yesterday proved to be a difficult day. Ibuprofen and a heating pad were the order of the day when I got off the computer to watch TV and get my bicep curls accomplished. By then I had close to 10K steps and my knees weren't happy, they were in a lot of pain. I know I'm not ready for 10K steps yet, but that's what happened yesterday.
This morning I woke to find changes. Good changes. My feet and ankles are usually taught and feel swollen most of the time, even though they don't look swollen. This morning, they look wrinkled, loose skin around the base of my ankles. I also feel better than I have in a long time. The pain is gone in my knees, which is good, and I feel like I can do more than I did before-more energy. I stepped on the scale and was happy to see I lost 1.6 pounds of what I gained. I still have one pound to go to get back to my lowest weight. I have no doubt I'll get there.
I just finished eating, popping the circuit doing so. I can't have three appliances turned on at the same time. I made a pot of tea, ran the microwave, and had the griddle on. Pop! I turned off the coffee pot and turned it back on after I turned the others off.
So, it's already been an interesting morning, and the day is just beginning.

Snack - 1 Apple, 1 Serving Almond Butter, 1 Hard-Boiled Egg, 2 Bananas

Calories: 1357
Sugar: 62.35
Carbs: 167
Protein: 50.4
Sodium: 582.1
Fat: 51.7
My intention was to cut my sodium way down to get rid of the water weight. It worked. I'm doing the same again today.
Calories burned:
Bicep Curls - 2 Hours - 894
Steps - 10,819/4.10 Mile - 618
Total calories burned - 1512
Total calories = -155

Well no exercise unless you count prancing around the store for about a half hour..Food was about average. I am considering down the road doing a vegetarian version of Keto, they do have some plans.

You're still getting exercise when prancing around the store. Good luck with the new diet. I'm starting to cut down on meat, but it's doubtful I'll take it out completely as I love meat.

I think you did really good yesterday, numbers and food look good. And congrats on losing that much...and glad you were feeling good!
