During this difficult time and staying at home, especially for senior citizens, I found this doable simple exercises at home video. Just do it to keep your energy level and spirits high.
Slow movements and a really great easy to follow workout specially to those who are not into vigorous exercises
People with medical conditions should be careful.

Glad to know that. These exercises might seem elementary, but they really work. It is easier for people who can't stand for long periods.

True. None of the exercises in the video are really hard. If you will stick to them for a week or two, I think anybody will be able to do it.
