I don't get like those dreams but some times i get dreams like i fall down from bead then i get up and watch surrounding me then again i ho for sleep..

i used to have these dreams when i was little, people here say "that's when you grow taller" 
but i don't have this kind of dreams anymore.

I got such a dream long time back. I think I was 20 years old then. I read somewhere that such a dream means that we have some unfulfilled wishes and are under the burden of something which constantly bothers us.

I don't know if it's a fall from a mountain, it mostly awakens me the feeling of fall, and from where I have no idea. Luckily, I don't often have dreams like this

I get this sensation on occasion. it's called a Hypnagogic jerk it's an involuntary muscle twitch when entering sleep and can be caused by stress.
