I made a blueberry milkshake

From scratch basically. I made the ice cream by combining a cup of milk (doesn’t matter which, but half and half might be the best) I put in 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 4 tbs of sugar in a plastic bag (probably quart size) then put ice in a plastic gallon bag fill it half way and fill with salt (probably doesn’t matter how much.) put the smaller bag in the gallon bag and shake until the ice cream thickens. You should probably either use glove or Tupperware because that’s a lot of ice and it will burn you.

You have gone to the basics of ice cream making. By now people must have forgotten about this process. Nice to revive that.

If only lasts a couple minutes then it melts and it tastes watery.
