This snack seems to be taunting me

I was watching a movie and I asked my wife to hand me any snack and she gives me this " pasencia" it sounds like the Tagalog word for " be patient" and I'm sorry . I've been locked down for over a month and I don't want a crazy snack to be reminding me to be patient and telling me "I'm sorry" . To be fair it was really delicious, want some?
What had you been munching on lately to pass time and kill boredom?

La Pacita has been a brand name since 1921 so it's somehow been part of our childhood and most Filipinos, I think it had been acquired by San Miguel Corporation lately.

@florelway yes , me too it has been a while, I trust San Miguel to do a great job on products made by a brand that has been a part of our lives. San Miguel herself has been part of us for over a hundred years.

Perhaps you did but you just can't remember, oh yes you grew up in the South I'm not sure if it's as popular there because there are a lot of other popular biscuits and cookies down there.

@thelme55 it's the same when we vacation in the province, the food were as you mentioned, very healthy, it's different growing up in Manila, there are all kinds of foods both healthy and unhealthy, different brands cause everybody markets them here, even foreign names.

@louievill My time in Pinas, we were not eating junk food. What my parents served for us, were fried bananas, fried camote, suman, bibingka, binignit and so on. That was a very long time ago when MC Do and Jolibee were not existing, yet.

Yes all the funny names get all mixed up in my mind too but they are familiar when we hear them. The La Pacita brand is older than both of us being established in 1921

You should try it, a lot of products here made by big companies are already halal certified so even Muslims could eat it.
