My body aches due to light workout

It is obvious that I seldom do workouts because now my shoulder aches.
But i think I will do it again later so that my body gets used to it. Jogging and walking is my favorite but since we are on a lockdown, all I can do is jog in my room.
It is six in the morning here, so I wanna greet everyone good morning/evening!

You have to do it regularly so the pain will go away.

@Tsirymj I agree. That prepares your body before working out.

Evening here, so sorry for your pain. I do treadmill walking most, and work I'm our yard. I also play golf, when not told not to.
