My body aches due to light workout

It is obvious that I seldom do workouts because now my shoulder aches. But i think I will do it again later so that my body gets used to it. Jogging and walking is my favorite but since we are on a lockdown, all I can do is jog in my room. It is six in the morning here, so I wanna greet everyone good morning/evening!

You have to do it regularly so the pain will go away.

@Tsirymj I agree. That prepares your body before working out.

@cherriefic But after the sports activity too. This will avoid the aches and pains of the next day

It's true. But the most important thing not to forget are the stretches, too.

I hope the pain will be gone soon. You might have overdone your exercise.

Evening here, so sorry for your pain. I do treadmill walking most, and work I'm our yard. I also play golf, when not told not to.

wow, golf, the sports of the affluent. I don't have a treadmill here. Before lockdown, we do this house house thing for the ministry and that means hours of walking so that is my exercise.already now, i do the ministry online.

There are YouTUbe workout clips that are suited to older people. And they're designed to be done in a small space.

I hope your shoulder doesn't hurt anymore today. You're lucky you get to play your favorite sport at home. I like basketball. Unfortunately, since March, I haven't been able to play basketball. Have a nice day.

I tried doing HIIT work outs that you can see on YouTube. Its usually a 30 minute work out. The first day i only lasted for 5 minutes, the second try i lasted 10 minutes. I was able to finish whole routine on my third try. That was a few weeks ago and i never tried since
