Another sweat day!

My friend and I started the day with zumba dancing although see don't dance that much because she is used of doing some exercise and making jumping rope every day.
So she enjoyed dancing with me instead of doing her own daily exercises.
How about you?
What do you do to make you sweat?

Dancing is the best way for me. I prefer it over running or even walking. I turn on some Zumba music and just let myself go.

@Kathze Oh I see, but you are able to twist your hips and bend your knees etc?

@Kathze I am glad you and your friend had fun dancing for your exercise. I have tried Zumba a few times and it's quite fun.
I haven't done any exercise the past few days. Been too tired. But when I do exercise, I love doing these "Walk at Home" videos. I really enjoy them and yeah, if you keep up the pace, it will make you sweat.
