where to get mylot rules manual?

everytime it is suggested to me to read the manual of mylot rules and regulation.. but i am not able to find it..please tell me where to fine and what to read in that to have proper knowledge about this site.

I started here without a manual. You can learn the rope by using mylot every now and then. Expirement will give you valuable lessons in life.
