Monday & Daily Health Report - May 3

So far, it's been a good day. I woke early, before 5 with as many hours of sleep, so I'm back to my normal sleep time. I made one last necessary purchase this morning. I needed to wait until today as the third is my normal payday and I wanted to make certain it renewed on this day next year and not before payday. What did I purchase? Office 365, which you might be familiar with and as a writer and author is necessary to keep up with what's new in the world of Word. I've had Home and Office until now, but I have a laptop coming this week and want to get it uploaded on that too and I can do that with 365. Okay, breakfast is finished and time to get to work here before I get busy on Vendetta. Yesterday was a good food and exercise day. I compensated one last meal with one more hour of bicep curls making three hours instead of two. So my calories burned looks good. Here are what I ate and the numbers for food and exercise. Breakfast 1 - 1 Banana, 1 Serving Egg Salad Calories: 175.5 Sugar: 12.5 Carbs: 25.5 Protein: 4.25 Sodium: 132.5 Fat: 7.3 Breakfast 2 - 2 Eggs, 1 Slice Bacon, 1 Potato Calories: 320 Sugar: 1 Carbs: 28 Protein: 31 Sodium: 390 Fat: 14.5 Communion - 1 Bottle Grape Juice, 1 Cracker Calories: 194 Sugar: 45 Carbs: 50.4 Protein: 1.2 Sodium: 42 Fat: 0.3 Lunch - 7 Servings Egg Salad, 1 Banana Calories: 688.5 Sugar: 15.5 Carbs: 38.75 Protein: 23.15 Sodium: 701 Fat: 49.3 Supper - 1 Serving Hamburger, 2 Servings Tomato Sauce, 1 Potato, 1 Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookie Calories: 410.7 Sugar: 7.2 Carbs: 36.5 Protein: 29.3 Sodium: 100.75 Fat: 12.76 Total Stats: Calories: 1788.7 Sugar: 81.2 Carbs: 178.9 Protein: 88.9 Sodium: 1366.25 Fat: 84.16 Calories burned: Bicep Curls - 3 Hours - 1313 Steps - 11,509/4.36 Mile - 650 Total calories burned - 1963 Total calories = -174.3 It's going to be a cooler day today than at the weekend. I plan to get out and walk at some point today, but I won't be taking the longer route as I did yesterday. That was exhausting. I'm halfway to my current step goal this morning, though as soon as I get the new Fitbit, I'll be changing the step goal to 9000 per day reaching for 10K. I'm finally feeling like I can do that. I was feeling a bit under the weather yesterday, so I neither ate much nor did any exercise, but I am back to normal today thankfully. I plan to eat and exercise more. It looks like you are truckin along! I need Office 365 too, but If I get it..I will likely buy a laptop that has it pre loaded.

I could have gotten my laptop with it, but I knew I needed it for my desktop too. It would have cost the same either way. I can even put it on my phone. I'm sure that would use up all my data in a heartbeat. I'm glad you're feeling better today.

That is a very good calorie burn day! I don't know if I could do that kind of exercise for 3 hours!

The third hour was later, not all at once. Though I can do two hours together with five minutes between twenty-minute sets. Thank you.

@just4him Oh okay, well that makes sense then....and that is good you can do the 2 hours closer together. I can do my workouts an hour to an hour and a half at a time, so far.

It was an accidental 10K. I haven't made it my goal yet. I'm going for 9K now. In a couple of weeks, 10K should be the norm.

Thank you. When I went to bed last night, I didn't think I could do the longer route again for a while, but I just might. We'll see when I get home from my brother's later. I asked if I could go see him, and I can. It's his birthday today.

I'm going to skip the walk today. It's a raw wind out there. I have almost all my steps. A walk right now would not make my knees happy. Though I do need to go to the store for groceries, so I'll get my walk at that time.
