So far, it's been a good day. I woke early, before 5 with as many hours of sleep, so I'm back to my normal sleep time. I made one last necessary purchase this morning. I needed to wait until today as the third is my normal payday and I wanted to make certain it renewed on this day next year and not before payday. What did I purchase? Office 365, which you might be familiar with and as a writer and author is necessary to keep up with what's new in the world of Word. I've had Home and Office until now, but I have a laptop coming this week and want to get it uploaded on that too and I can do that with 365.
Okay, breakfast is finished and time to get to work here before I get busy on Vendetta.
Yesterday was a good food and exercise day. I compensated one last meal with one more hour of bicep curls making three hours instead of two. So my calories burned looks good.

It's going to be a cooler day today than at the weekend. I plan to get out and walk at some point today, but I won't be taking the longer route as I did yesterday. That was exhausting. I'm halfway to my current step goal this morning, though as soon as I get the new Fitbit, I'll be changing the step goal to 9000 per day reaching for 10K. I'm finally feeling like I can do that. Especially since I did both Saturday and Sunday.

I was feeling a bit under the weather yesterday, so I neither ate much nor did any exercise, but I am back to normal today thankfully. I plan to eat and exercise more. It looks like you are truckin along! I need Office 365 too, but If I get it..I will likely buy a laptop that has it pre loaded.

I could have gotten my laptop with it, but I knew I needed it for my desktop too. It would have cost the same either way. I can even put it on my phone. I'm sure that would use up all my data in a heartbeat.

That is a very good calorie burn day! I don't know if I could do that kind of exercise for 3 hours!

@just4him Oh okay, well that makes sense then....and that is good you can do the 2 hours closer together.
I can do my workouts an hour to an hour and a half at a time, so far.

Thank you. When I went to bed last night, I didn't think I could do the longer route again for a while, but I just might. We'll see when I get home from my brother's later. I asked if I could go see him, and I can. It's his birthday today.
