Health Journey 2020 - Day 125 | May 4th

Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I hope that you are all doing well. I am here to share my food/health post for the day. It's difficult not weighing in daily! Sometimes I still do step on the scale. I'll start with my blood sugars for the day. Fasting - 138 Meal 2 - 120 Meal 3 - 125 Not horrible numbers, but not where I want them at all. So, what did I eat and what work outs did I do? Meal 1 - 2 eggs, scrambled with 2 chicken franks (hot dogs) 1 slice of cheese After this and before going to my mom's I did my first work out. 50 minutes of Tae Bo and 10 minutes of dancing. (burned 508 calories) Meal 2 - Bratwurst I had it in a low carb tortilla; just didn't feel like having it by itself. I also had some mayo and no sugar added ketchup. After getting back home I did the rest of my work out. 1 hour of dancing - burned 559 calories. Then, for my last meal I had a Keto Chow Shake (chocolate flavor). Macros for the day - Calories - 1,311 Protein - 70 Fat - 96 Net Carbs - 18 (Total - 36) Potassium - 3,351 (I want to try to get 3,500) Total workout - 2 hours Burned - 1,067 calories 13,858 steps for the day! So, I think overall I did pretty good today. My macros would have been a little better had I not had the low carb tortilla....but that is okay. How did you all do? For those interested - here is one of the workouts I did today.

Other than your blood sugars, your numbers look good. Great job burning those calories. I did well yesterday.

I'm surprised your numbers were over 100 with what you ate. I had chicken tenders and a baked potato with sour cream.

Probably because I have not been sticking to the low carb consistently to be honest. Chicken tenders and baked potato sound good
