Marriage changed my sleeping patterns somehow!

Before I got married I enjoyed sleeping on my bed ALONE! Then my life changed when I got married. It took me months to change and slept normally as I processed the idea of being disturbed with conflicting feelings.
I wonder who invented the idea of sharing a bed with a spouse? I often miss my 'ME TIME' sleeping alone!
Let's hear you adjustment experience.

It can be hard to share the bed with someone if you're used to having it all by yourself.

Noted. Sleeping in one bed means bumping on each other during the night, which is what is likely to disturb the continuous sleep. Like I said it took me a while to ignore such disturbance. Thank you!

Yes; careful discussion about cuddling when I am awake. That is, hand-off when I am sleeping. That is cool arrangement don't you think?

I've been married for 12 years already but we don't share the bed since I share it with my little one. I have three kids 6 years gap each. When the other grow a little, they move to another bed, and I had a little one again. So, no time for sharing it with my husband. Plus, he doesn't complain.
