Have you ever been confused of what to cook? / myLot

I'm confused of what to cook for lunch. We have enough food to cook in the refrigerator and kitchen cabinet. And my husband never complains about my cooking. He will surely eat what I cook for him. I just don't know what to cook. I'm thinking about making a stir fry, but I think I'm tired with it.

Now that everyone is home, I am cooking more than usual . . . they do not complain either, but it is exhausting on the chef! So lately I've been trying to keep it simple - maybe make only one for heavy cooking - but use leftovers or simply prepared foods for other meals. I will even tell my kids to make their own breakfast . . . or here's a thought - tell your husband to make something

My husband works during the week, so I let him off the hook to do any chores here. But on weekends he likes a fancier breakfast and make it fun for the kids, so he cooks then

This is a good idea. I will let my husband cook something for us one day when I'm confused again of what to cook.
