Tuesday & Daily Health Report - May 4

This morning I'm getting things working so I can join in on the Zoom meeting later today. I have my camera working and a headset/microphone. I've had breakfast and finished my Bible Study a short while ago. I also got half my steps for the day, most of which were while watching the news and weather.
It's going to be another cool day, averaging ten degrees less than the usual high for today, but the winds are calmer, so I might get out for a walk later. My plan was to do laundry today, but I have two deliveries showing up today. One I missed yesterday by FedEx when I went shopping and one today by UPS. I'm not sure what was delivered yesterday and will be delivered today, but the one today is my new office chair. I look forward to a comfortable chair with massage capabilities.
I got up at 6:30 this morning with 7 hours of sleep, going to bed at 11:30 when I finally had all my exercise completed for the day. So, here is what I ate and the numbers for yesterday.

Hope the meeting went well...and I think your numbers looked great! And that is good that you lost the pound you gained....hopefully the next time you'll be down more! Yesterday I did pretty good; today not so good food wise.

Doing good here. I havent lost any for a couple of weeks now but noticed I am losing my belly as my belt is now too big.
