Rinse, Wash, Repeat Storms

Last night we had a repeat of the night before. More severe thunderstorms with wind and lightning. Tornado warnings. Thankfully things are safe here. I have not read about as much damage as the night before. However, many were still without power when this storm happened last night. I can imagine how they are doing now another day without power. Over 80,000 are still without power today. So far no deaths that I have heard about. That is a good thing. The trees are falling and being uprooted, some 100 years old with these storms. Thankfully all is safe here. The power stayed on the entire time. In the photo you can see the bent power poles. Such destruction left behind to clean up.

Two nights in a row. Take care. The wind is what caused most of the damage here.

I hope that there are no deaths attributed to the latest storm. I am sure that the utility trucks are already overly taxed because of the virus (limited workers), so I can imagine it may take longer to get everyone back and up running.

Someone in our neighbourhood is asking for help removing a fallen tree. The authorities are too busy with fallen powerlines, etc.
