Workout #1 Is Done

I got my first workout of the day done. I did an hour of Tae Bo. They are always a challenge to get through. Sometimes I have to stop the specific move and walk...but I keep moving.
I burned 556 calories with this. Later, I think I'll dance,..I have a list of songs to dance to on YouTube....should give me an hour,
