Grilled chicken is waiting for lunch

Well, this is my day off in the kitchen. Last night, my hubby bought one whole grilled chicken so we have a lot still for lunch later. We were light eaters last night, no idea why. Even now, am not in the mood to nibble.

@Janet357 yes, it is summer here in the Philippines so the weather is hot. Yesterday the heat index was at 40 degress Celcius. Today it is at 36 degrees Celcius.
