One language for crimes

While browsing, I happen to see this and I think it would be great to know your opinions:
The world would have less crime if all countries spoke one language,
Or
The world would have the same amount of crime if countries spoke one language
Any opinion about this?

I can't see any connection between the fact that people want to commit crime and the language or languages spoken.
There might be something worth discussing if you had, instead, made the statement: "There would be less crime in the world if there were fewer laws."

Maybe it can lessen misunderstanding. But crime happens from the same place where they are also talking the same language.

That's not going to happen. I mean...come on, we are humans not robots. Everyone has different minds, then there will be argues, fights.
