May the 6th, 2020 9:08 AM EST Yesterday Let's see... I ate, watched some youtube, some netflix, mylotted, read (a eensy weensy teenie weenie bit), wrote (a thousand words or so...)... I like The Chef Show on netflix. On youtube I watched this man and wife metal detecting. The first one I watched was the site of an old livery stable, the second a construction site. The channel isn't dedicated to metal detecting, so I'm going to have to hunt for more videos on metal detecting through all there other stuff. It made my nerdy little heart happy. Today I tossed and turned for an hour and then decided to go ahead and get up a little earlier than usual. Went to the kitty and got foodstuff. I was going to make chicken and dumplings but they didn't have a small package of chicken, so... I feel like it won't be long before we're all just practically eating veggies. Yuns might want to stock up on meat, that's all I'm saying! I went down the cleaning aisle and there was no TP or PT. I had to get a different kind of spray cleaner than I had intended to get too. I'm making spaghetti for supper tonight, and I got some stuff to make breakfast another day. How was your Tuesday?

My Tuesday? I went out early grocery shopping, I needed some fresh fruits and veggies. Coming back home we checked with hubby all the empty bottles sitting in the basement, I took the photos of some labels, we put everything in four big boxes and went to the glass recycling bin. I worked a bit in the garden and I spend time on myLot.

Why did you need to take pictures of the labels? To remember the brand you like the most?

@LadyDuck I enjoyed it, though I only had a small glass.

Yeah, I understand you. I'm a homebody, but even I feel cooped up. Went to FL this morning. The TP aisle is getting worse with most of the cleaners now seeming to be gone too. We're getting more pasta stuff back atleast..

1000 words sounds a lot. I had a good Tuesday because I sewed a little, cleaned a little and got outside for a walk.

So you did get to the sewing you wanted to do? That's good. Yeah, it (the words) is more than I expected I'd write. Trying for around 1000 a day.

@paigea I don't know how to sew. Something I wish I did know how to do, though since I'm cruddy at other needlework.. At least you learned from it, I guess.

Never will have veggies no matter how the meat department is. Always take out. Lol. Glad you found somethings you can enjoy now

The take out places may end up with the same shortages eventually.. We can hope not, though.

@Courtlynn I can appreciate that. There are things I avoid doing that I did just a few weeks ago. Mostly revolving around the news.

Thank You. I hope you do too. I am a bit bummed because my grocery store didn't have a smaller package of chicken. I wanted to make chicken and dumplings, but couldn't.

@LindaOHio Yep, maybe eventually.. I don't make them very often. The men folk prefer beef and dumplings, but I didn't want to do those.

How do you like your spaghetti? I like it a bit sweet and spicy.

I cook spaghetti different every time. Let me clarify by saying I call it "spaghetti", but it's also the meat sauce. I add green peppers, onions and mushrooms to mine, but sometimes I may add other minced vegetables.
