Wednesday & Daily Health Report - May 5

Yesterday was a difficult day, to say the least. I couldn't interact here without constant errors. Then I had trouble getting my new laptop working. I never give up. I got that figured out. Then it was the chair. The picture above is the current status of the chair. I'm not giving up on that either. I will get it together. It took an hour alone to get the wheels on. Strength required. I thought a hammer would help. It didn't. The final straw for yesterday was the Zoom Writer's Guild meeting. Failure to Launch was the state of affairs with that. Though my friend said they finally connected after I gave up and got off the computer to get the rest of my steps and bicep curls, and maybe put the chair together. The chair didn't happen, but the steps and bicep curls did.
On top of that, I had a hunger headache for most of the day. I didn't know what to eat to satisfy the hole in my stomach. I went to bed with a headache and woke with a headache. The headache is now gone. I had my normal breakfast this morning. Problem solved.
That brings me to what I ate yesterday that didn't satisfy and the numbers.

The sodium surprised me. I expected it to be higher. Overall, not to bad with how hungry I was yesterday.

Bicep Curls - 2 Hours - 894
Steps - 9545/3.61 Mile - 539
Total calories burned - 1433
Total calories - 57.7
All things considered, not too bad for yesterday. We'll see how today works out. At least the headache is gone. Now, to get the chair put together. Something always goes wrong with assembly required. The directions and illustrations aren't making much sense at the moment. It will. I'm not giving up.
