Health Journey 2020 - Day 127 + Workout | May 6th

Hello everyone, how are you all doing? I am back to share my food/workout/health post for the day. I am anxiously waiting to see what the scale says on Friday ~ I do occasionally check still throughout the days. Blood sugars yesterday (the 6th) - Fasting - 163 Meal 2 - 86 So - what did I eat today? Well, I started eating kind of late. I ran to grocery store first to get the things we needed this week. Then, helped Eli with his homework. THEN I did my first work out of the day (almost an hour of dancing). By the time I was finished, it was time to go to my mom's. I did have too many carbs today, I am sure. However, my numbers after meal # 2 were not bad. Maybe the work out helped. My first meal was a BBQ chicken sandwich and a few chips. For dessert I did have a brownie. For dinner I had a bowl of ravioli (from a can...yes I know bad. Tasty though). I did another work out before dinner. An hour and 10 minutes of dancing. So, what were my numbers for the day? Calories - 1,354 Protein - 37 Fat - 57 Net Carbs - 162 Calories burned - 1,078 Steps - 15,494! Yes....the protein was very low yesterday. I need to work on that for sure. I would like to have that around 75 or so. So....what do you think about this day? Also, how did you do? Also - for those interested - here is one of the songs I danced to today. I have a playlist full of these on YouTube and just let them play through and follow the dance routines.

My macros were backwards lol, but for how many carbs I had it was okay! Glad to hear you did good too

@just4him Well no problem, it's my fault for eating the foods I did! I am going back on low carb on Monday...I think the working out does help some but not enough by itself.

Yes, very true, and I will workout once Eli finishes his school test. I didn't know lean cuisine made a orange chicken meal....but that's cool!
