Today will be a no tracking day. I received my new Fitbit in the mail and it's charging, so my numbers will not be accurate. After putting the chair together yesterday, my body needs a day of rest. I think I was a contortionist yesterday with all the bending and twisting I did to get it together. However, the good news is I'm at a new low. Just two ounces, but it's still an all-time low at 193.2. Here is what I ate yesterday and my numbers. Breakfast - 1 Banana, 3 Eggs, 2 Bacon, 1 Potato Calories: 550 Sugar: 13 Carbs: 53 Protein: 34.1 Sodium: 711 Fat: 24.3 Lunch/Dinner - Lentil Soup Calories: 349 Sugar: 0 Carbs: 18.3 Protein: 0 Sodium: 0 Fat: 10 Snack - 1 Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookie Calories: 100.7 Sugar: 0.2 Carbs: 0.5 Protein: 0.3 Sodium: 5.75 Fat: 8.26 Total Stats: Calories: 999.7 Sugar: 13.2 Carbs: 71.8 Protein: 34.4 Sodium: 716.75 Fat: 42.56 Calories burned: Bicep Curls - 2 Hours - 894 Steps - 8422/3.19 Mile - 476 Total calories burned - 1370 Total calories = -370.3 After being super hungry the day before, yesterday was a good day for food. I guess the lentil soup kept me full with its one serving. I didn't add salt to the recipe, so there's no sodium, which is always helpful and kept my sodium at a reasonable level. So, that was my day. How did you do with food and exercise? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

I'm sure with all the weight you've lost it's been a big help with your ability to move and bend. Your number are looking good and the scale is moving downwards

I didn't do too bad food wise yesterday either. Half a muffin for breakfast, had some bbq chips and then pulled pork for dinner & a popsicle for dessert. I wasn't all that hungry yesterday.

I was going to say, that's not much, but I understand not being hungry. I'm glad it was a good food day.

Right now I got a broccoli/cauliflower casserole casserole and boneless chicken thighs (in a onion soup mix and cream soup) baking and I just put some rice on for dinner. Spent time outside rocking the swing back and forth while enjoying the out doors.
