Normally, I slept at past 12. But these past days, I have slept at 1 or 2. My body clock has changed! I think watching 3 movies before bedtime has something to do with it.
Lack of sleep may weaken your immune system and it is not good especially now that Covid is still haunting us.
What about your body clock?

I note that you are aware that poor sleep would lower your immune system. Yes watching action movie could arouse your brain activity.
I felt on the similar trap in March and decided to set an alarm to STOP and switch off TV and calm my mind to be ready to sleep.

You are welcome madam. Find mind calming guided meditation. It is so rewarding; you learn how to calm your mind.

I now wake up just before 7 AM. I go to sleep at 10:30 or 11 PM. I prefer it this way.
Yes, we have to get adequate rest so that our bodies can heal themselves.

@Janet357 Yes. I usually wake up, eat breakfast the first hour. I then start my day around 8 am, and end anything I do only by 7 pm. The rest of the evening is for me.
