Health Journey 2020 ~ Weekly Weigh In & Numbers | May 8th

Hello everyone, how are you all doing? I hope well. I am back to share my weekly weigh in and other numbers (steps, etc).
Weigh in:
May 1st - 180
May 8th - 179.6
So, I lost 0.4 in a week. Had I been eating low carb this week, I may have lost more. Monday I do plan to go back to eating low carb.
Today, I did get an hour and a half work out in (dancing) - but that will go on the report next time.
Steps for the past week:
May 1 - 10,017
May 2- 14,543
May 3 - 8,193
May 4 - 13,858
May 5 - 6,522
May 6 - 15,494
May 7 - 10,710
So, I did pretty well on the steps - only 2 out of the 7 days were under 10k.
Did I work out at least 5 out of the 7 days?
May 1 - 1:22 ~ 690 calories
May 2- 2 hours ~ 1,025 calories
May 3- 45 Minutes ~ 437 calories
May 4- 2 Hours ~ 1,067
May 5 - 1 Hour ~ 567
May 6 - 2:05 ~ 1,078
May 7- 1:30 ~ 911
So, yes I have worked out 5 out of 7. In fact, I have worked out every day in May so far :)
Anyways ~ how did you all do this past week with food/exercise?

It's good to see that you are sticking to your food and diet plan and have worked out on everyday of month so far. I have been able to maintain my same weight ( perfect for my height and stature) for last two decades. I don't miss my exercise and if I do I compensate for it through some real cleaning chores or gardening.

Well haven't been sticking to the food part....but lately I have with the exercise. That's great you have been maintaining that long. Congrats! And those sound just as much a work out as doing an exercise.
