Ventilators keep coming and not many people are dying in my country.

COVID-19 has not taken a great toll in my country in spite of some people who are too stupid to keep the social distance and some that are too poor to be able to keep a distance between them.
We must wear a mask when we go out but of course, there are some that don´t. I have seen some on TV that take the masks out of their pockets when they are interviewed.
The worst problem are the many immigrants we have. There are too many and most of them have come to work but live in bad conditions because they sent their wages to their family in their native lands. That, in this moment, creates a terrible extra problem.
Still, I feel that we are taking care of all these problems. I hope we can solve part of it.

@marguicha We still have many, but less and less in intensive care. The lockdown worked.

There is surely an issue with migrant workers, since the conditions they are living in, isn't very safe from COVID's point of view...
I do understand, plus this mask thing you mentioned, honestly it's everywhere.... in fact, world is full of stupid people...

With business opening up again to bring the economy back, people need to be more cautious. The measures and precautions like mask and social distancing have to be taken seriously to break the chain of spread

I wholly agree. Yet many people have lost their jobs and are hungry.

@marguicha That's natural for we are human and emotional. What's important is how we handle that stress effectively so that it won't affect us so much.

In my country it looks like it's just starting. Being a land locked country makes it even worse..
Today we have had the highest record of positive case 85 people. And 4 deaths in a day .. we have been have 4, 7, 10 case everyday but 85 from those small numbers seems bad.
Most of the people coming in especially truck drivers from neighboring countries seems to be the ones carrying it and yes the less privileged

That's still a tough situation to get fixed. But at least there are no more deaths from the virus around there.

I'm glad you don't have many deaths from COVID-19 in your country. It's still a problem here in the US.
