Tuesday Morning

Good Morning to you all. Last night was a sleepless, restless night. I tried to go to bed around 11:30 PM and laid away until 12:52. So i got up, attempting to be sneaky and went to read. Succeeded in waking up my spouse. He is hyper aware of me getting up these days. Overly concerned i guess with my lack of sleep. I read until about 2:30, finished my book and started to drift to sleep. at 2:52 My old pup decided she needed to pace up and down the hall, noticing that the spare room door was closed snorted very loudly and laid against it with a thump. So i got up and moved back to our room. Sleeping until slighlt before 8 am. I am up for the day, groggy and tired. What do you do when you cant sleep?

I didn't sleep well too last night. I read a book to kill the time.
