Spider phobia

May i get some suggestion? How to reduce spider phobia?. Because im to afraid with it. I consider it as a huge monster. I cant sleep if lately i see spider. Thank you

some spider is venomous, but some not. for indonesian spider, mostly not

how old are you? just curious. if your place stay clean, i think spider will not appear and you can use some stick or any thing you can grab to get rid of spider.

Remember the cause of your phobia. Then try to agains it. Say to yourself that spider is funny animal dan it is not dangerous at all
