Feel like a zombie, advices plz

I ve been almot two months since lockdown, at the begining I was able to sleep 6-8hrs a day (normal for me) but lately I cant sleep more than an hr or two during the whole days, somedays I dont sleep at all, Im having several headaches.
I had try already making some excersices, drinking warm milk, relaxing music, yoga, meditation...... Do u have any other recomendation I can try?

You should not think of anything else while in bed for you to sleep. Or are you having worries? Maybe that's one reason.

Exercise! tire yourself out so you'll be weak and be sleepy. Plus exercise is good.

This is sad..lack of sleep is always so irritating. I also have sleep issues these days but they aren't as severe as yours.. take a bath before going to bed followed by having milk
